We had such a busy Friday, Anthony had off from work for veterans day, and I worked in the morning. So our first stop was our nephew's kiddy party, it was at a sports place, and all the kids had a blast playing hockey and soccer, then they enjoyed pizza and cupcakes.
I had my boss's daughters' Bar Mitzvah party. They had a joint party because his daughter had her Bar Mitzvah in 2020, and they had to cancel the party. So all employees were invited solo, and we had a blast together. I love witnessing different religious ceremonies.
Anthony had an exciting night. He has been trying to win the lottery for Hamilton on Broadway for 3-4 years now. Last week, Anthony sent me a text that he WON the tickets for November 11th, the same night as the Bar Mitzvah. I told him that he had to go and that he would find someone to take. He wanted to take our niece Alexa because she LOVES theater, and seeing Hamilton is on her bucket list. Unfortunately, Alexa could not attend because she had to be at practice for an upcoming play that she was in, which could not be missed. Also, Anthony's parents are in Florida for vacation, so they were out. So, Anthony decided to take my older sister Cynthia. They said the show was unbelievable, and the best part was that when they went to their seats, they found out they were sitting in the second-row center. They said at moments, the actors were only a few feet away and always making eye contact with them. Anthony says he will continue to try to win tickets because he wants everyone in the family to experience this fantastic show. It was one of the top things he had seen, and he said he was blown away.
On Saturday, we went to the final football game of the season to watch our niece, Alexa, in the marching band, and we ended the weekend cleaning up the leaves in the yard.
